How do you talk to your kids about the hard stuff? Illness, death, violence? Racism?

While there is no one script to cover all the different conversations, there are some general guidelines that will help you feel more confident and brave, no matter what the topic. In this episode I share a rough framework that will help you prepare for and have a conversation with your child - at any age - about those more tricky or emotional topics.
